Personally Owned Device Checklist

Desktop/Laptop:

Student emails are USERNAME@student.joshuaisd.org

1. Open Google Chrome. 

2. Go to www.joshuaisd.org and click on ClassLink.

3. Sign into ClassLink using your school Username and Password. 

   • If on a desktop make sure student is also signed into Chrome. 

Forgot student login? 

• • • Elementary Students

      • Parents go to Skyward Family Access. 

      • Select Portfolio of Reports.

      • Click on STUDENT LOGIN AND PASSWORD.

    • Secondary Students

      • Secondary students create their own 12 character password. 

      • Student can't remember their password, have a teacher reset their password at school. 

      • Secondary students also have MFA (multi-factor authentication) for ClassLink .

      • If student can't remember their pin/image, have a teacher reset their MFA at school.

• Go to the Skyward Information page. 

4. Sign in to ClassLink. Verify password if prompted.

*Be sure to verify  your password when prompted. This allows textbooks, Skyward, and the apps in ClassLink to work properly and allows the single sign-on feature.

Extensions are located to the right of the address bar. Click on the puzzle piece icon to see additional extensions and to manage extensions.
