Transcript Requests - In-State -

Complete the form making sure to include your Student ID #. If you receive an error, you must edit your MyCFNC profile to include your full name as it appears on your JCPS records, your student ID, and link your profile to your high school. You must have a CFNC account to send your transcripts.

NCAA-  Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. Transcript requests from college coaches must be accompanied with a signed release from the parent, or the student (18 or older).  Only an unofficial transcript will be released.

Additional Transcript Information:

SAT and ACT scores must be sent directly through CollegeBoard or ACT

There is no fee for requesting final transcripts at the end of the school year if you send by June 25 through CFNC.org.

Transcript requests from Military personnel must be accompanied with a signed release from the parent or the student (18 or older).
