For this month's squiggly wiggly news I chose to interview mr. O'brien from voyage. I asked 8 questions about him.
Question #1: What made you want to be a teacher?
Answer: I liked English and I liked working with kids and didn’t want to do music anymore.
Question #2: What do you like about the community you work with?
Answer: I like the teachers I work with.
Question #3: What do you like about your job?
Answer: I like working
Question #4: How did you get into teaching?
Answer: mix of q#
Question #5: Why did you want to teach language arts?
Answer: because at my school you either taught language arts or social studies and I like reading and writing better.
Question #6: What is the most challenging thing about teaching?
Answer: not answered
Question #7: What is your favorite unit to teach?
Answer: poetry unit
Question #8: What’s your favorite book that you’ve read this year?

Tristan: The amount of classes you have and the amount of people there is to meet.

Thristan: Make sure kids are having fun and getting to their work done on time and turned in.
Me/emir: Who’s your favorite teacher at summit middle school?
Tristan: Mr kimpston.

Tristan: How are kids supposed to learn the building when they come to summit
Me/emir: Why do you like summit middle school?
Tristan: A reasonable work environment and the people you get to meet

SMS student Lexi Rocha, tells us what it’s like to be in the district.
Interviewed By Ellyana, Lexi Rocha is interviewed
SMS (summit middle school) is a school district 6-7 grade. Today I will
interview a student (Alexandrea Rocha) who has attended this school for 1 year so far. I will ask questions of what they do, how they communicate and tolerate the daily agendas for school.
Interviewer: What makes you feel productive with your school work? (Home work, test, projects)
Lexi Rocha: setting up goals and notes of my improvements
Interviewer: how do you feel about the coordination of others so far (During projects, test)
Lexi Rocha: they could interact more with me, ask more questions
Interviewer: What’s one thing you tell yourself when you start a test?
Lexi Rocha: try your best and look through the questions and definitely don’t rush. TAKE YOUR TIME
Interviewer: do you think you're doing good in your core classes? (Grades, participation, and responsibilities)
Lexi Rocha: decent for grades and doing well in participating.
Interviewer: Do you treat other students, peers with respect duringclasses? (PE, core classes, Related Arts)
Lexi Rocha: yes I treat them how they treat me
Interviewer: if you had to choose one difference in your core classes schedule what would it be?
Lexi Rocha: I would have science last class, and math first classes.
