The MS Athletics program will be offered fully face to face this year, with three seasons of activities planned.
This year prior to Season 1, we will offer 'Fitness Fortnight' where students get the opportunity to choose one of two pathways to getting fitter. The first pathway, will be to do Circuit Training in the gym, where different muscle groups will be targeted to help students focussed on improving a certain area that will benefit them playing sports. The second pathway will be Tag games/Capture the Flag activities with a focus on the students getting fit through play, and having the extra benefit of increased social interactions. All students are welcome!!
