The Touch Rugby virtual skills challenge offers you two chances to participate:


1) Touch Target Pass Challenge

      1. Set up your four targets at 3m, 5m, 7m and 10m distance away from your starting point. See the diagram below for set-up instructions.

      2. Have your ball on the ground at your feet, Timer starts when you pick up the ball.

      3. After you pass to the target run forward to retrieve your ball and back to the start spot.

      4. Repeat to the 2nd , 3rd and 4th targets. *You must always run forward to retrieve your ball and backwards to the start spot.

      5. Timer stops when you get back to your start spot after passing at the 4th target and retrieving your ball.

      6. Record your total cumulative time and the number of targets hit.

2) Touch Agility Challenge

      1. Set up your course as per the diagram below.

      2. Start with the ball at your feet.

      3. Pick-up the ball and run straight ahead to circle around the first cone and back.

      4. Circle around the starting cone and run diagonal to the next cone.

      5. Circle the second cone and sprint straight ahead to place the ball on the ground at the last cone like scoring a try.

      6. The clock starts when the player picks up the ball and the clock stops when the player has placed the ball on the ground at the end to score the try.

      7. A clock must be viewable in the video. Fastest times win. Record the time showing seconds and milliseconds (example: 0:30:11 is 30.11 seconds)
