The answers to the following questions show that some participants enjoy volunteering with family members and some do not, but most participants do enjoy volunteering with friends and made new friends through volunteer work.
Student participants were asked whether or not they enjoyed volunteering with their parents. The responses were distributed fairly evenly, with about 35% agreeing, 45% disagreeing, and 20% in the middle.
Student participants were also asked whether or not they enjoyed volunteering with their siblings if applicable. The responses were distributed fairly evenly, with about 31% agreeing, 35% disagreeing, and 34% in the middle.
The majority of participants enjoy doing community service with friends. 54.8% of participants “strongly agree,” while 29.8% “agree.” 8.3% answered “neutral,” and only 7.2% disagreed.
