Required Portfolio of Artwork (all 3 pieces are required):

1. Self Portrait

Create an original self-portrait from observation using media of graphite pencil, color pencil, pastel, or paint. Size: no smaller than 8” x 10” and no larger than 12” x 18”

2. Animal (real or imagined) or Nature

Create an original drawing using media of graphite pencil, ink, color pencil, pastel, or paint. Size: no smaller than 8” x 10” and no larger than 12” x 18”

3. Student Choice

Create an original piece of artwork. If creating characters they must also be original. Video game, anime and cartoon characters are copyright images. Media: 2D media such as but not limited to graphite pencil, ink, paint, or digital; 2D work should be no smaller than 8” x 10” and no larger than 12” x 18”; 3D size should not exceed 12” X 12” X 12”

An original work is one that is new and different from what others have created. This means that you are the creator of the work, and the work is not copied from someone else’s original work.Other submissions beyond those listed below will not be considered in the evaluation process:
