PHYSICAL INFORMATION:
Students must have a current physical from on file in order to be physically eligible to participate.  

Students who need an updated physical can make an appointment with the SPOT Center located in Jennings Senior High School.   Parents can make an appointment with the SPOT by calling 314-653-8141. Student's must have their parents sign a SPOT CONSENT FORM in order to be seen.
