Wolf Pack Weekly
Echo Trail Middle School Weekly Newsletter
Welcome!
October 23, 2023
This week, our first grading term will end on 10/25 and the second grading term will begin on 10/26. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to your student’s Team Leader, Counselor, or Assistant Principal. We are happy to help.
Students will be able to redeem 25 HERO points on 10/31 for the opportunity to wear a costume OR dress down day AND receive a sweet treat. Please see guidelines here.
This school year, our PTSA has already provided amazing support to our school. Please help support our PTSA by joining and becoming a member. We want to raise our percentage of membership by 50%. If we meet this school-wide goal by November 8th, our students will receive a dress down day. Thank you for your continued support!
As the weather changes and the temperatures become cooler, we are seeing an increase in students wearing sweatpants Monday-Thursday. Please remind students to follow our uniform guidelines.
Hopefully, your students came home talking about our most recent updates with our branding on the walls. More is coming throughout November and we are continuing to work on lockers. Please know that there are several variables with the lockers that we have had to be patient with on our end. With the most recent adjustments to make the lockers work correctly, we are hoping to distribute lockers by next week if not earlier.
Please note, the Reminders section has been moved to the Repeat Information section near the bottom of the newsletter. We hope this adjustment helps the flow of the newsletter and we always appreciate your feedback on how we can improve our communication.

Students will be given multiple opportunities to show application of their learning on daily tasks and assignments as well as on assessments.
In accordance with the JCPS Student Handbook, teachers will use the conversion chart below when communicating with students and families. We look forward to working together with you to help your child have a successful year.
