ISTE Student Standard 1.6: Creative Communicator: Students communicate clearly and express themselves creatively for a variety of purposes using the platforms, tools, styles, formats and digital media appropriate to their goals.
Educators will learn how to create Book Trailers using Google Docs, Google Slides, and Screencastify and embed this new learning into their lesson plans to allow students to respond to their learning in creative ways.
Each section in this lesson will take you at least 15 minutes to complete.
Thank you for remembering to fill out your progress tracker as you move through these activities.
Be sure to complete every task in the MUST DO section AND the Mastery Check section.
You can do these activities alone, with a partner, or with a group.
However, each person is responsible for completing their own work and submissions. π
I am available to help you on anything you may need help on.
In this video, you will be watching a segment of me teaching a virtual audience how to create a book trailer. Don't worry, you will get the slides from the video in the next activity. π (Original Video Source)
