District Public Data Sets
Quick Facts: Summary of the district profile and student demographics.
Open Datasets: The ARSI Division publishes annual summative data reports for our elementary, middle, and high schools. Available data include demographic, academic, behavior, and climate survey results. The system offers the latest JCPS open datasets along with an archive of past years' files.
Financial Reports: The audited financial statements represent the district's financial activity for the fiscal year, July 1 through June 30. Each year's statements have been audited and follow both Kentucky and United States governmental accounting requirements.
Graduate Outcomes: JCPS uses the Student Tracker service from the National Student Clearinghouse to obtain accurate information on the educational outcomes of our graduates anywhere in the United States.
School Performance Profiles: A snapshot of each school provides useful information on enrollment, attendance, behavior, dropouts, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) membership, test scores, and staff data.
Comprehensive School Survey (CSS): JCPS conducts an annual survey of school and workplace climate data from multiple stakeholders: students, parents, and staff.

NAEP - Nation's Report Card
District Project Tracking
To monitor special project completion throughout schools, ARSI has developed several tracking sites. These sites will provide you detailed information on the project as well as the current status within our district.
School Report Card: KDE's data collection and report about schools and districts (Mid-July to Mid-May)
JCPS CSS: JCPS-specific annual stakeholder feedback survey (Mid-January to March)
Comprehensive School Improvement Planning: Internal system with current tasks and helpful information (Mid-September to May)
MAP & CERT Completion: Zone and school level participation percentages (3 times a year - Fall, Winter, and Spring)
