Latin Dance — Derby city United Movement — Grades k - 5

Salsa, Bachata, Merengue — This Latin Dance Series is a program designed under Derby City United Movement LLC. Angelica Ortega will be leading the Latin Dance Series, she has over 25 years of experience teaching ballroom dancing. She trained with Arthur Murray Dance Studio for 5 years and then owned Louisville Ballroom for 6 years. She has since taught independently and continues to grow her knowledge in many dance styles. She is also married to Jendy Ortega from Cuba, where Salsa dancing is embedded in the culture. The pair met through teaching salsa and have since been dominating the city with their latin dance experience!

Games will be played either Friday nights between 6:00-10:00 pm or Saturday afternoons between 4:00-8:00 pm at Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club.
