Finding the right resources can be overwhelming! The following resources are just a starting place, but all great journeys have to start somewhere!
The following resources were supportive in my journey. I believe they will be helpful as you get started implementing GMS. I have shared the links that will take you directly to Amazon, so you can purchase them and get started today! Carol Dweck is a professor at Stanford University. She is known for her work on the mindset psychological trait. Her book summarizes over thirty years of research on fixed mindset versus growth mindest. If you are interested in learning more about the theory of GMS, I suggest you start with her book. The playbook and coach book were tremendously helpful as well. You will of course, need to find resources that suite your needs, but I the following will give you a starting place.
