The Traditional Program strives to equip students with the necessary tools and desire to become culturally competent citizens who approach life from the perspective of servant leadership, critical thinking, and community engagement. Students in the Traditional Program will emerge as resilient learners who seek individual excellence and growth while inspiring others to reach their full potential.
Purpose
The Traditional Magnet Program provides a student-centered and rigorous academic curriculum in a highly structured learning environment essential for developing College and Career Readiness. The Traditional Program contributes to a student’s growth by emphasizing high academic standards and responsible conduct. In addition, the traditional program develops character and leadership skills through community involvement and promotes student well-being. Our focus as Traditional schools is placed on the core subjects with an emphasis on developing complex thinkers who are self-directed learners and problem solvers, striving for individual excellence and reaching their fullest potential in Academics, Character, and Leadership.
