Jennifer Amolsch
I am very excited to continue to be part of the Swanson community. I am a Colorado native who grew up attending Jeffco public schools. After high school, I attended Metropolitan State College of Denver working toward a Bachelors in Music Education. I changed programs and completed my Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix. While I was in school, I was working in Jeffco as a special education paraprofessional. I found my passion working with students with special needs and decided to continue my education and complete my Masters in Special Education from Western Governors University. I have been teaching special education in Jeffco for eleven years.
When not at work, I enjoy time with friends and family, reading, singing/directing choir, watching hockey (GO AVS!), riding horses, hiking, and just being outdoors.

I am excited to be a part of the Swanson team again this year but now as a teacher! I have always had a love for working with students who have Autism and am excited to learn and grow alongside my students.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I also spend a lot of time working out, running, skiing and just being outside! I also love to spend my time reading books and eating/ cooking yummy food.
