Mrs. Rogers

My name is Vanessa Rogers and this is my  24th year of teaching. I was born in Pennsylvania and have also lived in Texas and New Mexico. 

I graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Education from NMSU. After graduation, I moved to Colorado where my first 8 years were spent teaching 5th grade. I later earned my Master's degree from CU Boulder in Linguistically Diverse and Bilingual Education and in 2008 I was hired here at Ryan as the ESL teacher. I love teaching 4th grade here at Ryan!

My favorite things to do when not teaching are reading, playing board games, and having picnics in the park with my daughter.
