'I am because we are'
Ralston Valley Girls Lacrosse began in 2008. The team plays in the 5A West Girls Lacrosse League. The Mustangs have appeared seven times in the CHSAA post-season playoffs, most recently in the 2024 season.
Ralston Valley Girls Lacrosse is a no-cut sport. The Mustangs welcome players of all levels of experience, including players who are trying lacrosse for the first time. The team is open to both Ralston Valley students and the students of other Jeffco high schools that do not have a girls lacrosse team. Ralston Valley fields Varsity and Junior Varsity teams. Placement on Varsity is based on the coaching staff’s evaluation of the players following the try-outs at the beginning of the season.
Ralston Valley Girls Lacrosse is committed to the promotion and the development of the love of the game. The players and the coaches support and help each other on and off the field. RVHS Girls Lacrosse fosters the philosophy of "Ubuntu" which translates to 'I am because we are'. This saying means, I can't be all that I can be, unless you are all that you can be.
THERE WILL BE NO LACROSSE PRACTICE DURING SPRING BREAK FOR THE 2025 SEASON!!!!
