To join the PTA please follow these steps:
1. Please Fill out this Google Form
2. Pay for your Membership:
A. To Pay by Check, Print this Membership Form and return it with your payment to the office
B. To Pay online click here. - in the "note to seller" section when paying, please include your student(s) name, teacher and grade.

Individual Member - $15.00
Family (includes 2 individual members) - $25.00
Business Member (includes recognition on PTA website, PTA Facebook and certificate to display in your business) - $50.00
