The Outdoor Lab Schools have been enriching the lives of 6th grade and high school students in Jefferson County for more than 60 years. With more than 6,000 students served each year and well over 350,000 alumni the 61 year old program, Outdoor Lab is the longest continually running outdoor education program in the western United States. Students are immersed in an outdoor academic setting for five days where they spend their time learning about themselves and how they fit into the world around them.
We need high school leaders for the following trips during the 2023-24 School Year:
Wayne Carle: September 5th-8th
Mandalay: December 5th-8th
Moore: April 16th-19th

Outdoor Lab Interns: The application is open to apply for a semester-long internship. This is for juniors and seniors who have previously been an ODL leader and want to intern for a semester. Students must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA.

· Room and board provided during the work week
· Get to be outside in our beautiful Colorado forests
· $1,000.00 stipend
