How to Choice enroll for the 2024 - 2025 school year

                                                           Round 1 Choice Enrollment begins:

 Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 thru January 12th, 2024

          Round 2 Choice Enrollment begins Wednesday, January 18th, 2024 through August 31st, 2024

If your student attends Jeffco AND is a Jeffco Resident, please turn in the following: 

• Proof of Residence (utility bill or lease)

• Parent ID

• Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)

• Last report card

• Any Court Ordered/Legal Documents/Guardianship papers

These records are the responsibility of the parent to provide. The Registrar will not request records until the beginning of the school year.

If your student is NEW to Jeffco or NOT a Jeffco resident, please turn in the following:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization

• Proof of Residence

• Parent ID

• Last report card if coming in as 9th grader

• Transcript if student is coming in as a 10-12th grader-for viewing of credits

• Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)

• Any Court Ordered/Legal Documents/Guardianship papers

 Withdrawal or Transfer from School 

When withdrawing or transferring from Pomona High School, families must contact the Registrar.  Students must obtain the appropriate form, have teachers complete it, return all books and property, and pay all fees and fines.  Students are charged for all books and materials not returned at the time of withdrawal. This includes all Chromebooks and chargers!!
