Circle Round Podcast and Coloring Sheets! This is a great podcast about fairtales read by celebrities. Their website here also has corresponding printable coloring pages! If you don't have a printer, kids can draw their own picture as they imagine scenes/characters as they listen or they can copy the coloring sheet!

Day Without Hate! Watch this Day Without Hate Video and let's spread love, joy, and kindness through our artwork! Here is a slide show I made with a few more examples.

Shadow Drawing! Set up your favorite toys next to a piece of paper in the late afternoon and trace your toy! Fill it in with any colors, patterns or textures you'd like! Make it realistic or abstract! Click here for an example.

Found Object Plate Portraits! Find a plate and some fun objects around your house that might make good eyes, nose and mouth. What could you use for hair? Click here for examples!

Experiment Making Paint At Home! Experiment making paint out of mud, dirt, sprinkles, food coloring, coffee, tea and spices like tumeric or curry! Click here for some ideas. The second page has ideas that I tried; I liked using sprinkles the best!

Make Your Own Playdough! Click here to make your own playdough at home using flour, salt and water. You can also add food coloring or washable paint!
