Students will participate in a variety of team and individual sports, traditional and non traditional fitness activities that can be used for a lifetime. Students will learn how to work individually, with partners, and as a team playing sports such as pickleball, table tennis, badminton, basketball, kickball, soccer, cupstacking, mountain biking, tennis, slacklining, yo yo, golf, softball, track and field, and various fleeing/dodging games. It is important to note that students will be assessed on their participation level, and personal growth, not on their talents/abilities in that activity/sport.
