Mr. Wright

 This is my first year at Carmody Middle School BUT my 25th year teaching in Jeffco.  I am originally from Kansas City, MO and graduated from Belen HS in New Mexico.  I graduated from Adams State University  with a BA in Excercise Psysiology, a BA in Sports and Excercise Management and Minors in Psychology and Coaching.  I also have a Masters degree in Health and Physical Education.  

I ran Cross Country and Track & Field for Adams State University.  GO ADAMS! 

I have been teaching P.E. and coaching High School Cross Country and Track and Field in Evergreen, CO  for the past 24 years

I am a lifelong runner.  It is my super power.   I have finished ten  100 mile races in the last 7 years, but my favorite racing is Burro Racing!  Yep....donkeys!  Google it.....its a Colorado thing!

I have an 11 yr old son Radley who is now in Middle School.  He loves acting and is on the Hurricanes Swim Team.  My wife Michele is a Colorado native and works at Mt. Evans Outdoor Lab.  6th graders keep an eye out for her on your trip this year!

I am a HUGE Kansas City Chiefs fan.  Sorry Broncos fans.....I was brainwashed early.  GO CHIEFS!
