***NEW FOR 2023 SEASON***
Parents are asked to pay $200 (to Lakewood High School) for sandwiches and snacks.
Parent Volunteers (Stacy Uyeda & Tina Fehringer) are buying all of the SNACKS at the beginning of the season. Stacy will pack the Cooler and the Gymnasts will bring the Snack Cooler to the meet.
Another Parent Volunteer (Kacey Beecher) will ORDER and PAY for the SANDWICHES.
Parent Volunteers will SIGN-UP for one or more meets when they will PICK UP the sandwiches and bring them to the meets before 5:30 pm.

Concessions
The Concession Coordinator, Stacy Uyeda, will send out a Sign-up Genius email before the three home meets:

There will always be two parent volunteers manning the concessions table, so you can take turns watching your gymnasts when it's their turn to compete.
Gymnast Carpool
The Carpool Coordinator, Amy Reil, will arrange rides for those gymnasts that need them to get to meets. Click below for Sign Up Genius.

Senior Night

The Team will give special recognition to Seniors at the Meet. This is organized with the help of the Senior Night Coordinator.
We still need a volunteer for Senior Night Coordinator. Sharon Joy and Michelle Lee will help.
Stacy Uyeda is coordinating the Senior Banners.
Team Banquet
At the end of the Season a banquet is held to celebrate the gymnasts, coaches, and parent volunteers. The banquet is organized by the Banquet Coordinators, Sharon Joy and Michelle Lee, with help from Parent Volunteers, Sara Nepomuceno, Ashley Barski, and Tina Fehringer.
Super Fan T-shirts
A Parent Volunteer, Sara Nepomuceno, will email an order form at the beginning of the season for family members to get LHS gymnastics t-shirts. Cost is about $14.
Communications
The Communications Coordinators, Kacey Beecher and Tina Fehringer, send parent emails (Kacey) and update this website (Tina).
Treasurer
LHS Booster Club income will be held by the LHS Financial Secretary, Anna Stefanich. Parents who buy snacks, sandwiches, and concession supplies will be reimbursed by the LHS Financial Secretary.
In future years we hope to have a LHS Gymnastics Booster Club Treasurer to manage funds.
