Hello there! My name is Emma Berg, and I am the long term substitute for Mrs. Eaton's class! I am so excited to teach at Foothills this fall and work with all the incredible families and students here. 

You may know my mom, Erica Berg! She is the CLDE teacher here at Foothills. We often ride our matching moped scooters to school and are loving getting to work at the same place!

I just graduated from Western Colorado University in May 2025 with a degree in Elementary Education! While at Western, I was also a student athlete, competing in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor track. During the summers, I taught at an art camp up in Crested Butte! I have one more year left of my Master's education that I will complete this year as well. 

I was also a graduate of GMHS, went to Green Mountain Elementary, and Dunstan Middle School! It is so cool to be back and get to teach in this wonderful community. 

In my free time, I love to run (and coach the GMHS high school team), hang out with my two pugs, and go hiking.
