Google Classroom

Please use Google classroom to complete assignments and look at materials you will need.  Some assignments will be in workbooks, paper, or notebooks, but this will be communicated ahead of time. We will be using Twig Curriculum.  There is a separate website for Twig, but assignments will still be linked into Google Classroom.

Absences

 Google Classroom is also the resource you will use for absences.  Please look at the daily agendas that are located by week/topic and Google Classroom individual assignments to see what you have missed for the day. The daily agendas will have all slides, assignments, and work that we did that day.

 Students have 2 days to make up work for each day they miss. 

Notebooks

  We will be using composition notebooks and workbooks for Science courses to support our learning. These will be kept in the classroom unless you need to complete homework or study.  Please ensure you are coming prepared for class with a pencil.

Late Work

I do generally accept late work without penalty.  However, if this becomes a habit, I will reach out to families to come up with a plan.  I will not accept late work past the end of each Unit, this work will become a 0.  Students will be notified about a week prior to the end of each Unit to complete work for full credit.  Graded work is meant to support the students learning and understanding of the current Unit.
