What do we do with school-owned & TechforEd Devices over the summer?
Seniors: all Chromebooks need to be returned by Friday, May 14th
Juniors: keep your CHS Chromebook over the summer unless you are moving or the device needs repair. If moving, please return by the end of the year.
Sophomores & Freshmen: Keep your TechforEd Chromebook over the summer unless you are moving out of Jeffco Public schools or the device needs repair. If moving out of Jeffco Public schools, please return it by the end of the year. If you are moving to another Jeffco Public School, please keep it for use in your new school.
Summer Device Repair: Each student 9-12 will be filling out a device health check form if they have a school-owned Chromebook at the end of the year. IF the device needs repair, please have them return it to the library so that we may send it off for repair. Once it is fixed Jeffco IT folks will reach out to families for pickup arrangements over the summer.
If a student moves out of Jeffco, all school owned devices need to be returned to the school.
If a student is in 9th & 10th grade with a TechforEd device and is moving to another Jeffco school within district, they need to keep their device and bring it with them to their new school.
