• Who may be behind on credits for "on-time" graduation
• Need more attention and hands-on experience than online education or credit recovery can offer
• Have an uncertain future
• Seek a plan for post-secondary opportunities beyond what our traditional high school has to offer
• Desire a way to form positive partnerships now to support future skills and success
