BUILD is a big, but worthwhile commitment. You'll be expected to complete a part time internship while still going to Brady and doing your best. At the end of every semester, you can apply to be an intern on our website when the application opens. Ask a teacher or staff member if you need help. Everyone who applies will be interviewed by a panel of teachers and staff to determine whether you'll be selected for BUILD that semester.

BUILD holds its students to a high standard. These internships are a unique opportunity afforded to Brady students, and you will be representing Brady in the community. You are required to:

• Be a current Brady student. Ex, a student who would graduate during a quater (mid-semester) would not be eligible for a BUILD internship.
• Complete boot camp to begin your internship
• Maintain good attendance and behavior
• Make a commitment to your employer

We also have equivalent expectations of our interns on the job, as do most of our partners. On the job, BUILD expects all of our interns to:

• Follow your employer’s expectations and maintain work-appropriate behavior
• Maintain good communications with both your employer and Brady
• Attend your internship as agreed upon by yourselves, your employer, and Brady

Additionally, we expect all of our Brady students to practice the four Brady agreements: be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, and always do your best.

All of this is outlined in the contract below, which you will sign if you're accepted into BUILD.
