I am really looking forward to working with all of the 5th grade families this year! This is my eighth year here at GMES, and my ninth year teaching. This school year, we will be using flexible seating to best support the learning styles of all students. In our classroom, we treat everyone with respect and acknowledge the diversity of all students. Learning is fun and engaging in our classroom!
I am from Olympia, Washington but currently reside in Littleton. I live with my husband, Alex, and my six-year-old son, Cooper. I got my undergraduate degree from MSU Denver in Special Education and Elementary Education. I am currently obtaining my Masters Degree, from WGU, in Curriculum Design and Instruction. In our free time we like to explore Colorado, try new restaurants, and read books. I’m incredibly excited to kick off this new year with all of you!
