Technology Policy
Using technology to learn has become an important skill in the 21st Century. In this class we will use technology to enhance the learning process.
* Students may use technology to digitally create homework and other class work.
*Cell phones may be used when deemed appropriate, but students MUST turn off and put away phones when not directed to be used for an activity. Students need to know when it is appropriate and when it is not.
*Cell phones may not be out during tests or quizzes. This is grounds for a 0.
*No ear buds in ears or headphones around neck.
*Students will adhere to classroom technology rules respectfully and will put electronics away when asked.
Parents: Please do not call or text your child during the school day. It adds to the distractions and makes learning very difficult. Please avoid calling or texting your child unless it is an emergency. Thank You!
