Iowa state's best season since 2000. They finished with a record of 9-3! They have played in 16 bowl games ever and only have won 5 which means they lost 11! This was by far the best one.

Offensive Player of the game: Brock Purdy

Just ask Brock Purdy. Purdy, a native of Gilbert, Arizona, was named the Offensive Player of the Game in Iowa State's 34-17 win over Oregon at the Fiesta Bowl Saturday.

Defensive player of the Game: linebacker O'Rien Vance

Iowa State linebacker O'Rien Vance was named the Defensive Player of the Game.

MVP: Brock Purdy

It was the 50th edition of the Fiesta Bowl, and was one of the 2020–21 bowl games concluding the 2020-21 football season.

World Juniors Hockey

The world juniors was a very good tournament for hockey in Edmonton Canada

The gold medal final game came down to the USA VS Canada. Canada had won a lot of games with a crazy good record with losing 0 games and allowing 3 goals in the playoffs. Team Canada had also won a game against Germany who was playing 13 players, and that is 9 players short. The score of the Canada Germany game was 16 to 2 Canada wins.

Now about team USA they had also won a lot of games they had even won a game 11 to 0.

These two teams have played in a lot of world juniors games for the gold medal going into shout outs and in regulation time. For this game a lot of people thought that team USA would win. And now the game starts. Team USA had scored the first goal in the first period. And after 1 period of play the USA was winning 1 to 0 against Canada. It was now the start of the 2nd period and USA had scored off of a lucky bounce behind the net within seconds of the second period. And that was the final after the second period, Team USA was winning 2 to 0 after two periods. It’s the start of the 3rd period and team Canada still had not scored after half of the 3rd period and to the final 5 minutes USA was still winning 2 to 0 and Canada could not find a way to score, and team USA had won the gold medal and it was their 5th gold medal that they have won. Team USA has had 13 podium finishes behind their gold medals.
