A Sketch of Syracuse

My name is T Salomon and my project is focused on artists in Syracuse and sharing their stories to encourage future artists. I chose this because there are people out there (like myself) who love to make art but don't feel like they can pursue it as a career. I wanted to show people that it is possible to become a full time artist even if you live in a smaller city like Syracuse. My research question for this project was "How can showcasing local artists bring the community of Syracuse together and encourage people to make art?" I wouldn't be able to finish this project if it weren't for people like Tommy Lincoln, Jillian Hagadorn, and Tim Atseff, the artists that I interviewed for this project.
