CURRENT STUDENTS 

You can request your high school transcript in a variety of ways:

FOR COMMUNITY COLLEGE OR SPECIALTY SCHOOLS

• If you plan to attend a community college/specialty school in N.C. you need to request your transcript through CFNC (Transcript Manager is located in the Application HUB) and Karen Price (kprice@jcpsmail.org). CFNC will also send a final high school transcript at the end of the school year automatically, to any school you sent a transcript to. 

• If you need a transcript sent to an out-of-state community college/specialty school, you will need to place a transcript request with Karen Price (kprice@jcpsmail.org) a minimum of three days before you would like it to be sent.

FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

 FORMER STUDENTS AND GRADUATES 

Jackson County Schools has initiated an online method for requesting student records, graduation verification, and transcripts. All requests from former students and graduates must be processed through this online portal.

Visit:

https://www.jcpsnc.org and choose “Quicklinks” on the top right. Under Quicklinks, choose “Transcripts” (even if you are requesting other student record information). On the left side of the screen, choose the icon that represents the request you need to make. Fill out the online form.
