It is so good to see you as we move into the 23-24 academic year. I created this website during the pandemic to provide information, resources, and activities so that we could stay in contact with each other and it is my hope it will continue to be a helpful tool. Please feel free to check out the resources for stress management and resiliency as well as academic and social support. You can contact me through phone, email, or Google Meet.
