The Japan Society of Fairfield County will hold its annual Aki Matsuri (Fall Festival) on Jesup Green in Westport, CT. The annual fall festival of the Japan Society of Fairfield County is a family-friendly event, open to the public for free. It features taiko drums and other performances, children's activities, packaged Japanese snacks and drinks, and a Japanese mini-market of artisans. You can read about it in detail HERE.

If you can help with setup, during the festival (probably 1PM -4PM), or cleanup, please email info@japansocietyfc.org. We would also like to know if you can donate Japanese-themed items for our tag sale. If you need someone to come and pick them up, that may be possible. Also let us know if you can lend tables, hard-backed (not canvas) chairs, and/or canopy tents.
