Please note that this applies to active employees and early retirees
Q. If I am enrolled in the districts health insurance, AND enrolled in Medicare Part A or Part B, am I eligible to participate in the HSA?
A. No. The employee cannot contribute to the HSA, NOR can the district contribute to the HSA.

A. Yes. You and the district are able to contribute to an HSA account up to the $4,300/single or $8,550/family cumulatively. However, your spouse CANNOT contribute.
