Microphone Access & AI Agent Coach
Purpose:
Our app requests access to your microphone solely to enable real-time, interactive conversations with our AI agent coach.
Data Handling:
The microphone is activated only during the interaction with the AI coach.
No audio recordings or conversation logs are stored. All voice inputs are processed in real time over a secure HTTPS connection to our server - see How It's Processed.
Processed voice data is not linked to any personal identifiers and is used only to generate immediate responses during your session.
Voice Data (Input)
What We Collect:
When you interact with the avatar coach, your voice is captured in real time.
How It’s Processed:
The voice data is immediately streamed from our server via secure channels to a third‑party speech-to-text processor, which converts your speech into text.
Derived Text and Audio Data (Output)
Processing:
The text generated from your voice is sent to a Large Language Model (LLM) provider that generates a text-based response. This text is then transmitted to a text‑to‑speech processor, which converts the response into audio.
Visual Rendering:
The resulting audio is forwarded to our visualisation service to create a video rendering of an avatar delivering the response. The video is streamed back to you in real time.
Account and Usage Information
User Account Data:
While the App does not directly create or require user accounts for subscription processing (our account is used to manage transactions), we may collect device information, usage data, and error logs to improve our service.
Usage Data:
We log how you use the App (for example, session duration, interactions with the avatar, etc.) to monitor performance and enhance functionality.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to provide and improve the App’s services, including:
