Mrs. Hauther

Hello! My name is Emily Hauther. This is my tenth year teaching here at Jefferson Academy. Before coming to J.A. I worked at the Sonshine center where I taught Preschool for two years. Before that I taught at Mount St. Vincent Home for children in Denver for one year. There I worked with children in the preschool department.

I earned my bachelor degree in elementary education from Regis University, with minors in special education, English as a second language education, philosophy, and history.

In my personal life I am married to my best friend Matt and the proud mom to my son Elijah and daughter Noelle!

Hi I'm Mandy Arakawa! I've been working here with Mrs. Hauther for 10 years and I love working as her EA and being at JA.  Working in kindergarten brings me so much joy.  The kids are so sweet, and full of energy, love, and curiosity.

I attended UNC and BYU-Idaho.  I have an associates degree in music performance and a bachelors in anthropology.  

I am married and have a 15 year old daughter.  We love spending time together taking walks and enjoying nature, eating out and watching movies.  We especially enjoy our annual trips back to Hawaii to visit my husband's family.
