Checking-in visitors with JaGaID QR code makes it more convenient compared to ad-hoc visitors. The guards are not required to request for the visitor's photo ID as the verification for their JaGaID has been done by the JaGaCrew.

This video guides on how to check-in ad-hoc visitors to your property. We recommend the guards to call residents the verify before allowing the visitor to enter. This is to ensure every visitor has been vetted and obtain the verification from the resident. This way, we can keep the number of visitors registered to the wrong unit at the lowest rate.

The process of registration of pre-registered visitor is relatively quicker compared to an ad-hoc visitor. There won't be a need to verify the pre-registered visitor by calling the resident anymore that speeds up the process. The element of security isn't forgone as the guards should check the details of the pre-registration against the actual visitor that arrived at the guard house.

In JaGaApp 2.0, visitors who has JaGaID and pre-registered can even perform self check-in upon arriving at the guard house, just by scanning the self check-in QR code. Once the visitor is checked in, the guard can input the visitor pass no to the record when a pass is assigned to the visitor.

This is the step that has to be done on the guard device to check-out the visitor when they leave the compound.

Emergency assist button is triggered by residents when they require assistance from the security guards. As part of enhancing security in your neighbourhood, the guards can respond to residents immediately by calling them directly when the emergency button is triggered.

This function can be accessed to quickly check on certain logs and history of the functions, like call log, visitor log, facility booking list, etc.

Guards can utilize this function to contact residents at the three phone numbers that are registered to their unit. They can reach residents at their mobile phone or even landline.
