Navigating through JaGaApp 2.0 Admin Panel's Dashboard is very simple. At first glance, there's a quick action bar that serves as a shortcut to key functions of the Admin Panel. Besides, there's a list of items that provides a view of the total number of items which require you immediate action. Which ranges from unresolved feedback cases to unapproved facility bookings. Also, the dashboard provides a quick view of key statistics of the system's usage in your property.
After residents have submitted the request to be added into your property, you shall approve the applications through the Admin Panel's Property Data - Approval List section.
If there are any users who request to be onboarded manually, you can do it from the Admin Panel as well. You are required to key in the user's name and email address to invite them as a user to your property. Even after inviting them, new users who have not created a JaGaApp 2.0 account will be required to sign up a new account before they can start using.
Access your property's settings here. Always keep your property's contacts up to date for users and guards to refer to as the emergency contact numbers. You can also amend the approval settings when user submits the request to be added to your property.
As a moderator of the Admin Panel, you are able to suspend a unit from several features of the app by suspending the unit. When a unit is suspended, users added to the unit will not be able to access the visitors, feedback and facility booking features. It is generally used by our clients to limit defaulters' access to the full features of the app.
The noticeboard module allows you to send notices to users in your property. This feature aims to enhance the communication within your property. Each notice can be attached with photos, PDF or video links.
You can also create a draft notice to be posted at a later date/time. Other than that, we will be guiding you how to create a noticeboard group which allows you to send notices to this group easily later on.
Visitor module is the most heavily used features in the platform. Viewing reports is much convenient without having to rely on getting the report from the guard device itself. In cases of emergency, you can access the visitor report to check on any suspect.
Other than users pre-registering their visitors from the app, you can also do so from the Admin Panel. This can even be used to issue pass to your in-house contractor/cleaners.
Users of your property can communicate with you via the Feedback module. When a feedback is submitted, you shall follow up on the feedback case from the Admin Panel. All feedback will be tagged with their individual category and can be assigned to another moderator within your team for further follow up. This feature is loved by our property management clients as it helps them organize their day-to-day workflow in a more effective manner.
If you have a resident who contacted you directly to report an issue, this feature will come in handy! You may create a feedback post from the Admin Panel on behalf of the resident so it is documented in the system.
The Library module allows you to share files with residents. Residents can easily view the files shared with them via JaGaApp 2.0 Rules section. Other than that, the Library module can also be used to store files that can be access internally by the group of admins in your property.
Other than the visitor report, you can access other reports of other features from the Admin Panel as well.
In Teams module, you can view who are the one that has access to the Admin Panel account. Manage the access roles of the moderators account created for your property here as well.
You can create and edit all facilities in your property here, such as gym, sports courts, swimming pool, and more. This allows your residents to view available sessions and book for them conveniently through their app!
Here you can create community forms for your residents to fill in digitally, making life easier for everyone. Residents will be able to fill in and submit forms from their app, while you can manage and review all their submissions all in one place.
