What is Bullying?

Founder of Jaylen's Challenge

Jaylen Arnold has changed the world by advocating for bullying prevention.

As a child, he had the Asperger’s syndrome and was bullied.

Instead of fighting back, he decided to start a nonprofit at the age of 8 to help educate kids that bully other kids, especially those who are disabled.

Case Study

Anti-Bullying Pledge Scheme was set up to help schools implement the government’s national anti-bullying charter in England and schools’ governing body.

The principal and a student representative would sign up to the charter and pledge a commitment to anti-bullying work and provide a plan for anti-bullying work in their schools.

Ideas youngsters can implement

Make posters/signs that support anti-bullying/never bully messages

Design a kindness wall for others to add notes

Establish an “anti-bullying” day once in a month, where all teens share their stories and exchange anti-bullying messages.
