Hello! I am Ms. McCaffrey, or Miss. M! Im am honored to be your Elementary Resource Counselor at Stonegate Elementary School. I am passionate about the mental health and well being of Stonegate’s children, families and communities.

At Stonegate, my work involves supporting and developing the social and emotional program through school-wide initiatives as well as providing short term individual and group counseling services to students. In addition, I provide collaborative help efforts, community links, and outside resource information to families and students with varying needs. My goal at Stonegate is to make sure every student feels supported and cared for during their time at school, and that students and families know they will have a place to turn when they are in need of support no matter what the challenge may be.

A bit about me: My professional background includes work in elementary to high school support services, youth sports team management, and other volunteering in the youth hockey community.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and dog, cheering on my son's hockey team, hiking, traveling & road trips, outdoor adventures, and cooking healthy foods!
