Paper and pencil (or no paper at all!) exit tickets are extremely telling and an excellent form of data collection. The paper version is often cumbersome to read and assess, which is why digital versions in the form of picklers, Google Forms, and trello responses. The sample exit slips below are meant to be examples of ways to quickly collect and read student data. Review the forms below and determine which would work best for your classroom.
