Data Collection Template

Make a copy of the template below to record both your DIBELS data and your classroom data. Upload the sheet into our shared data folder for use during PLC meetings. You will notice the cells are formatted to change color when certain percentages are populated (yellow = 68-75%, red = 0-67%). These color changing cells will make it easier to determine where support is needed.
