We accept credit or debit card payments via PayPal on IU12 website. A PayPal account is not required. Scroll down to see PayPal button and enter the following:
EVENT CODE: Career Academy
PAYMENT: $206 ($200 camp fee plus $6 convenience fee)
An email to confirm your camper's enrollment will be sent to the contact email designated on this form once your registration has been processed. Payment is due by Friday, June 5th. Payment will be returned only if the camp is full or if the program is canceled.
Prior to June 5th: If you reserve a spot and decide to cancel, simply send a written request via email to Melissa Pero, mapero@iu12.org.
After June 5th: Please notify Melissa Pero via email at mapero@iu12.org to cancel your registration. For cancellations after Friday, June 5th, refunds are issued less a $25 registration fee. All refunds are issued by check regardless of original payment method and are mailed to parent/guardian address indicated on this registration form. Refunds exclude any PayPal convenience fees.
IU12 Camp Cancellation: If the IU12 needs to cancels Career Academy, we will notify you well in advance via your registrant parent/guardian email address and issue a full refund less any applicable PayPal convenience fee.
