The FrAY STEM Ecosystem seeks to support the PA Department of Education's mission to ensure "learners across the state will be prepared for meaningful engagement in postsecondary education, in workforce training, in career pathways, and as responsible, involved citizens" (PDE) by connecting edcuators and school leaders with partners and experiences that can not only introduce students to the wide range of careers in STEM, but also allow students to develop marketable job skills before graduating.

What is Career Ready FrAY?
The Career Ready FrAY Site is a platform meant to encourage connections between local education agencies and local business and workforce development partners. Partners such as businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, libraries, and more can post career education experiences for LEAs to search. LEAs can contact partners through the site to coordinate the experience for their students.
