About Me

What makes a good team member?

I think that a good team member pulls their weight, knows when to ask for help, and has a generally good attitude. A good example of this is when I was working on my Eagle Scout project at 16. I didn't know how to budget a project or where to find everything I needed. Luckily there were parents in my troop who I could ask for help in those areas. All the while I was pulling my own weight and keeping a positive attitude through challenges. I had to know that the best way to move the project forward was to seek out guidance from an experienced individual, still work hard on my own, and keep a good attitude.
