My Honors senior eportfolio
My college experience has been shaped by leadership, service, and professional experiences that challenged me to grow both inside and outside the classroom. These opportunities helped me connect academic learning with real-world impact, strengthening my confidence, adaptability, and sense of purpose. As an Honors student, applying coursework through leadership roles, service initiatives, and professional work has been central to my success and has prepared me to approach future challenges with intention and integrity.
This showcase highlights my Intention Statements and Journey Map, which together reflect how my goals, values, and leadership identity have evolved throughout my time at IU Indianapolis. These artifacts capture both where I began and how my experiences across academics, service, and leadership shaped my growth. They serve as a foundation for understanding the purpose behind my choices and the direction I continue to pursue as I move forward.
This showcase highlights my study abroad experience in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I studied Corporate Social Responsibility in a dynamic economic environment shaped by inflation and policy reform. Through an in-depth economic analysis project, I strengthened my global business perspective and developed stronger analytical, cross-cultural, and strategic thinking skills.

Across my academic and professional experiences, I have developed an emerging expertise in critical thinking and problem solving within organizational systems. Through my Honors I-Core project, an Honors contract in Project Management, and my internship research project with Fluor, I analyzed complex challenges and developed practical recommendations to improve processes and outcomes. These experiences strengthened my ability to apply systems thinking, use structured analysis, and translate insights into actionable solutions. Together, they reinforced my interest in business operations and supply chain management, where improving organizational processes and solving complex problems are essential.
My formal retrospective highlights my growth from a student focused on involvement to a systems-focused leader who prioritizes impact and intentionality. Through experiences such as Honors I-CORE, Medals4Mettle, study abroad in Buenos Aires, and my internship with Fluor, I developed strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills while directly aligning with Honors College goals like engaged learning, civic-mindedness, and reflective growth. More importantly, my perspective shifted from simply contributing to tasks to analyzing systems, identifying root causes, and designing scalable solutions. This transformation defines my emerging expertise in operations and supply chain management and prepares me to enter my career with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and meaningful, long-term impact.
