The sample data is in comma separated (CSV) format. We suggest you divide a sample data file into sub-files, for example weeks 1-12, weeks 11-17, etc. This will mimic the data release files sued during the workshop. Generate a prediction of Hospitalizations (and optionally Rt) four to six weeks forward from the last week in the sub-file. Then mover to the next sub-file and repeat.
